Highly recommend! Kevin carefully structures the workouts for maximum benefit, and he targets individual needs, strengths and weaknesses. He is very knowledgeable and is continually seeking out new information and research that will give his clients the best possible experience. The training is effective and fun. I can definitely tell that I have gained strength and skill over the past couple of months of working with him!

What a great experience! My 13 yr old is loving lessons and learning so much. Kevin is a great mix of great coaching, mentoring and encouragement. My son did not want to be babied in his beginner stage and is so excited for Kevin’s coaching style!

I recently starting working out with Kevin 3 weeks ago and he’s the best trainer ever! He takes time to make sure every technique is fully understood before moving to the next step. The compassion he has for people and the art itself is amazing. I would recommend anyone to get in touch with Kevin if they’re looking for a trainer!!

I just recently started training with Kevin. The first time we met he discussed with me what my goals and expectations were and gave me a brief demo session to see where my fitness level was at. He is experienced knowledgeable and most of all very patient and understanding if you’re a beginner just starting out. I actually learned a lot from my very first session and look forward to progressing and getting better. So If you’re looking for one on one training sessions with a friendly experienced personal trainer that will help you reach your fitness goals I highly recommend Kevin at War Dog Boxing.
