My organization hosted a self defense class for our teenagers this past weekend. It was worth the money and time. Our children learned hands on techniques on “how” to walk away from and survive a potential attack. I especially appreciated the children being shown how to diffuse a potential fight but how to be ready to defend themselves if necessary. I would recommend Fight Club to all age groups.

Fight Club is just the best! If you’re someone new to martial arts (kickboxing is what I take) or someone experienced, this place has everything for you. I love the supportive community, and how everyone makes you feel welcome even when you are trying new things. While a lot of other places care more about quantity and mass brand advertising, Coach Bobby truly keeps this place feeling like a family. You’ll always have a partner here to practice with, and it’s an absolutely no-judgement zone. The flexibility of the membership is another amazing thing. Paying month to month and getting access to all sorts of classes (without a contract) is fantastic. Certain months may be busier than others, or you may just not be sure if you’re ready to commit to a whole year. This membership really helps make Fight Club accessible!
