Excellent beyond 5 star reflexology, karate at my age of 77 young has become emencely a MUST....It renewed the Little girl hidden inside of me that wants to live a full life not in fear.Having a few VERY unfriendly incidents, while living in Birmingham,being followed home by 2 middle age white men, my husband ended that when I arrived home.Right down my driveway,he put fire on their a------my Soldier 🪖 boy....another being brutally beaten up by an Argo Cop . I' fell in love with Chris's unique!! form of Karate. His kind n special encouragment gives me my needed confidence to SUCCEED , Blessings abundantly on Flowing Temple Ministries..... Mary McCart

Best Sensei! I always wanted to learn a Martial Art but my mother told me it wasn't for girls. As a grown woman I was blessed to meet Sensei Stevenson who as of today trained me to green belt status. Not only is he my Sensei he is also a physical therapist meaning whatever you have going on in your body Sensei Stevenson will have a Martial Art answer for you. This means Martial Arts for EVERYBODY!
