Impact Martial Arts

Impact Martial Arts has been my three boys' home for Taekwondo for several years now. The owner, Karen Mitchell, is amazing, tough, and has a heart of gold. She is definitely not in this for the money and she cares about each and every student. The family atmosphere is very positive and all of the students are fun to watch, especially at tournaments. There are also students of all ages, from about age 4 or 5 all the way up to 65! My kids have not had a single bad experience with any of the other kids and all of the instructors have been great. Impact is helping my boys have a sense of comradery, great work ethic, and responsibility. I couldn't recommend Impact Martial Arts more!

My friend had a birthday party here. The owner was wonderful. The kids had a blast. They have the best prices for a birthday venue around and even do the decorations ! My son used to take karate at a different place and burned out, but after going to this event he’s ready to start back now which is a miracle !

My son had his 7th birthday party here and the staff was amazing! It was a last minute decision but the owner, Karen, was so accommodating. They set up the decorations and put together a great party! All the kids a had an awesome time. There was a karate class and games for the kids and my son’s favorite part was cutting his cake with the sword! Definitely recommend!

We been coming to Impact Martial Arts for 30 days now. We signed up for our daughter and now my wife and myself joined. It's a great family friendly place and we also practice at home together ❤️. We are very happy we joined.

Both my son (8) and my daughter (16) have attended Impact Martial Arts for 3 years now. In that time they have both flourished. Their mental and physical strength are thriving. Martial Arts focus greatly on respect and discipline which all children need additional support in. My son is also active in soccer. Since we’ve introduced sparring into his routine at taekwondo I’ve seen him improve greatly on the field. His defensive skills are amazing. He is not afraid of contact and his agility is improving as well. It’s been night and day helpful for him on the field and I’m certain that his training at Impact Martial Arts has played a major role in his confidence. His physical endurance stays with him all year even outside of the soccer season because he continues to train with taekwondo year round. We have been to two tournament events and all of our students stand out in the crowd of studios from all over the country. My son is a 2 time gold medalist, 2 silver and 3 bronze medals. My daughter is a 4 time gold medalist, 2 silver and 2 bronze. And we are just getting started!!! Their class schedules are flexible and their cost is very competitive against others in our area. You won’t be disappointed!
