My wife, two boys and I just had our first session and looking forward to our next. Martin is an excellent trainer who will teach you fundamentals and then give you a great workout. The gym is very nice! Highly recommended!

Juarez Boxing, Martin Juarez, and all the employees and volunteers are simply amazing. My exposure to Juarez Boxing is through PD Fight Club, a group of classes that Martin (and team) leads for those of us in the Birmingham area who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's and want to fight back. Martin uses tested and true stretching, vocal exercises, memory drills, and workout stations to help us battle Parkinson's. It's such a wonderful community and an amazing value that Martin and Juarez Boxing provide. I hear he also trains some really solid boxers here in Birmingham too! Go check out any and all classes that are in your wheelhouse, or go outside your comfort zone and give it a go. I promise, you'll be glad you did!

Holy moly! What a workout! My fiancé, my 16 year old son and I joined last week and we couldn’t be happier. The gym is clean and the trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive! It has been such a positive experience to burn so many calories every workout and to watch my son’s confidence grow!

First time doing a "Boot Camp" yesterday. I've been lifting weights regularly for 2-3 years. Within a few minutes of arriving I was greeted by the coach and all the trainers, and the owner of the gym gave me beginner boxing tips like the correct boxing stance and how to throw punches properly. We started the "warm up" which was intense in itself, and the full workout was NO JOKE. Very effective and the group environment is awesome. All the trainers and clients are very nice and motivating. Worth mentioning at no point did I feel pressured to go past my breaking point, but the mental toughness is definitely something to gain during these camps. Some other cool points, you get to do some bag work and boxing drills which is a massive plus on top of the exercises. Coach will let you use some gloves & hand wraps the first time you come but make sure to get a good pair for the future. I had a blast and met some cool people, will definitely be attending more classes between my gym days. Can't wait for the next one. 5/5

I've been working out with Martin once a week for 5 or 6 years now. Very enjoyable, intense work out and he still hasn't hit me in spite of all my taunting. I have also worked out with Danny and Molly who are both awesome. Great gym and atmosphere and the way Martin talks about his work helping parkinsons patients through PD Fight Club is inspiring.
