The gym provides structured classes with a clear weekly schedule: Monday and Wednesday focus on grappling techniques, Tuesday and Thursday concentrate on striking skills, and Friday combines both disciplines for integrated training. Adult classes begin at 7:00 PM Monday through Thursday, with an additional session at 6:45 PM on Fridays, making it accessible for working professionals.

Great place to train! Real friendly atmosphere. Adult classes start at 7:00pm and go Monday - Thursday. Also 6:45pm on Friday. Monday and Wednesday are grapple days and Tuesday and Thursday are strike days. Friday is grapple and striking combined.

I've been going here for about a month now and ive always wanted to take mma classes but felt nervous about it . The instructor and the people that go there have made me so comfortable there that i enjoy going everyday they are open . if your are want to learn how to become a strong ,confident,and skilled for what ever life may throw at you come see us at the kame house
