Never been, but I saw Ge Offs's 1 star and just wanted to say he's a lil B and couldn't hang anyway. "wanted to get started". Well do it fool... Hope this helps.

I started to take the Kickboxing at Gold's Gym. I won't lie. It was intense but worth it. I have more tone to my body and feel stronger every class. He is a patient instructor but will challenge you to challenge yourself. It is a fun group environment where you can begin to learn some boxing technique. I also participate in the Lady Kick box and Strike training. It is a fun workout and a chance to meet other ladies and gentlemen interested in this sport. If you want to be challenged, build strength and self confidence, and learn practical defense, then I suggest joining!

Dwight is a great instructor, my husband and I have been taking classes for years and we always learn new things every class, he is very dedicated to making sure we do the right techniques and he always makes sure we enjoy every session. 100% recommend, if you want to learn martial arts the right way.

Awesome facility and Dwight's knowledge and attention to detail is impeccable. He is able to use your strengths and weaknesses equally to help you evolve into a well-rounded athlete. I have trained with him for over two years, and I must say, You'll definitely be challenged each time you step Into the gym, but you always leave sweaty and filled with a sense of accomplishment after. He takes time to break down the philosophy of Muay Thai/Kickboxing, unlike other gyms where you just punch and kick blindly, not fully grasping technique and footwork, which we drill constantly. I not only have seen massive changes to my body composition (lost 40 lbs) but along with the training and discipline, I have been able to apply it, and see it improve my personal life as well. Everyone is encouraging and you will make many friends! It doesn't get easier, but you will get better!! You won't find an instructor more passionate, patient, and dedicated than Q6fight.
