Tiger-Rock Martial Arts - Alabaster

TigerRock in Alabaster is an outstanding martial arts academy. The instructors—Mr. Spates, Mrs. Knezek, and Mr. Simms—are truly dedicated and go above and beyond for their students. Their commitment is evident in how they work tirelessly to bring out the best in each student. My experience here has been exceptional, and I highly recommend TigerRock to anyone looking for quality martial arts training with instructors who genuinely care about their students’ growth and success on and off the mat.

Oh what can I say about Tiger Rock-Alabaster that has not already been said by the previous reviewers. Taekwondo was foreign to me when we first signed up our youngest for his first Cubs class almost a year ago, but boy has that changed. Instructors like Master Spates, Mrs. Knezek, and Mister Simms have been amazing with building his confidence up and helping with discipline. He loves sharing his accomplishments with his leaders. I am so glad we found TKD and you will be as well.

My son has been a member of the academy since November and has really grown in his confidence and learned some great skills. All the instructors are great and really care about each students growth. Thank you TRMA Alabaster!!

I started my sons here to hopefully help them grow and learn some self discipline almost 3 years ago. In that 3 years they have both grown quite a bit and both earned black belts. The physical activity has been great for them. Both on my sons are fit. I even decided to join the adults class because I needed the physical activity and eventually, at age 50, managed to earn a black belt. The instructors are great at challenging and pushing their students while also being accommodating of injuries or other physical limitations.

Tiger Rock Martial Arts has been an incredible journey for both me and my son. Not only have they instilled discipline, self-worth, and motivation in my son and myself, since joining over a year ago, I've personally shed 85 pounds! The instructors are top-notch, creating a supportive environment that fosters growth both physically and mentally. I highly recommend Tiger Rock to anyone seeking not just martial arts training, but a transformative experience for the whole family.
