If you are serious about working out in the matsu valley black flag is the place. 24/7 keycard access, new equipment constantly, cap on memberships so it’s never too crowded. Alex the owner is an absolute G constantly in there cleaning, maintaining, and improving the gym, one of the best business owners I’ve come across. Couldn’t recommend this gym enough.

I can’t say enough about this gym!! Ain’t nothing better than this!! The gym equipment is top notch and even the members have proper gym etiquette! Overall best experience!

I love black flag! I always have a great workout anytime of day. Has such a chill vibe. Feels like you’re in a club. Atmosphere really matters when it comes to a gym. Alex does a great job at keeping things clean and making people feel welcome. 10/10 recommend!!

Absolutely awesome gym. 24-hour access, so you can fit your workout to any schedule, and the member rates are very easy on your wallet. A whole wall of dumbbells, 4 squat racks, 2 bench press racks, and enough extra equipment to do any kind of workout you need. Plenty of free-weights, though it seems certain pieces of equipment are persuading some lifters that a maid comes in to pick up after them. The owner is always great about letting clientele know about closures well ahead of time. Owner also puts in a lot of effort (on his own time) to keep this place clean and accessible.
