12th Street Jiu-Jitsu

I dropped in from out of town for a nogi class and was warmly welcomed by coach and the crew. Highly competitive and considerate group. Thank you for having me!

I was fortunate to have some connections through my coach with this gym.Training here is an honor. Jose is very skilled as a coach that knows how to make people feel welcome. I look forward to see the effect it has on myself and my kids.

12th Street Jiu-Jitsu is really an incredible establishment. Building such an amazing community, 12th Street has fostered my love for the sport of Jiu-Jitsu while teaching me so much about the martial art. Every day I look forward to my classes and love being here so much. Amazing instructors, facility, and students make 12th Street the most welcoming and wonderful Jiu-Jitsu gym I have ever trained at.

UPDATE: my son has been here for almost 2 1/2 years and loves it still. I am grateful for how he has developed and the skills he has gained. We have been taking our son (now 6yrs old) here for three months and he absolutely loves it. The coaches are all very detailed with instruction and very professional/ knowledgeable. All of the kids are focused in class and you can tell each enjoy coming and being there. It is also a clean facility. Even more than what my son is learning it is a great community feel for the students and even parents too. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a jiu-jitsu class and training.

I was spending the holidays in the Phoenix area and wanted to get some rolls in. I found the 12th street Christmas Eve open mat from a Facebook forum. I arrived a little after the start time. I was greeted by professor Jose. Super welcoming and made me feel at home. There were a handful of guys but great rounds none the less.
