Great place for kids to learn self defense and make new friends. Steve is a great instructor with a huge heart. My daughter has been training here and she loves training here. I also train as an adult and it’s amazing to train here with guys that understand we have to go to work tomorrow and not hurt each other. Great work out and amazing people!

Coach Steve is so good with kids as well as adults, he spends one on one time with each group making sure the technique is perfect while keeping the classes fun. Amazing coach and role model.

Just dropped in for a session and had an awesome experience. Super welcoming crew, great energy on the mats, and solid rolls all around. If you’re in the area, this gym is a must-visit. Highly recommended! OSS!
