The facility was spacious and very clean, and their instructor Mikey was both knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone there made me feel welcome right away, which really put me at ease. I’d highly recommend Barncat Jiu Jitsu to anyone curious about trying jiu jitsu or looking for a great place to train.

If you’re looking to train Jiu-Jitsu. This is definitely a great place to start your journey, or refine your Jiu-Jitsu. The class is typically filled with a wide range of belts. The instructors have a wealth of knowledge on and off the mat that’s going prove your life.
