Team Desiderio is a great place to be. They are really active in the amateur boxing community. Being a boxing gym owner myself it is hard to find Great gyms to work along side with. They have a solid team of fighters and coaches. If you are in the cavecreek area this is a great place to be!

Great gym! They know what they doing here, for both the beginners and more experienced fighters. Definitely recommend you give it a shot as it well worth the price for the experience and level of attention given.

My son wanted to box. I took him here as a beginner. The first night he came, I thought it was just slow going for his first night. I was giving him direction as to jump rope or whatever to get going and involved as to coaches not really lining the kids out. Second night, we show up. Kind of slow moving again, they don’t have him warm up or anything. Ask him if he is going to spar, hasn’t been shown anything or worked with to see where he is at. Seems they were just looking to use my 9 year old son pot a punching bag his second day. Never gets shown much in the few days he was there but yet managed to spar 3/5 days he was there to train and gets treated badly by the coach for making a mistake when he was never showed much. Other than that, good friendly people if you are looking for an activity and not much of a future in the sport of boxing.
