This is an amazing dojo! Sensai Kelly and Sensai Mary are absolutely fantastic. It feels like they are family. I have 4 year old twins who love coming to karate. The skills they have learned are exceptional and continue to grow with each class. I have started attending the adult classes myself and thoroughly enjoy being here.

I am so grateful for Sensei Kelly and Sensei Atisa at Chandler Martial Arts Center. My 14 year old daughter was struggling with anxiety and after doing private lessons with Sensei Kelly, she is handling her stress and has learned amazing self defense skills. I highly recommend this dojo and would encourage anyone who is considering learning these life skills to give it a try.

You KNOW this is the best place ever when you’re on a vacation and you can’t wait to be back so you can go train again! There’s not enough praise I can give all of the Professors and Coaches for not only teaching Jiu Jitsu with great details, but also for supporting and encouraging the kids (and adults) on and off the mats. Professor Piu and Professor Lukinhas specifically show what it means to teach with a ❤️, build an awesome community and at the same time, make everyone at ANY level feel valued. Parents, other adults, teens, and kids all attend classes appropriate for their age and have a choice of attending the “basic” and/or “advanced” classes. There are even competition classes for kids and adults, as well as women only classes. No matter what fits your schedule, you can train as early as 5:30 am and as late as 8 or even 9 pm almost every day! My whole family trains here and even though this means driving 120 miles (60 each way), we are now training up to 5-6 times/week! And yes, we do live in greater Phoenix area, so we have plenty of other places to choose from - but nothing beats GB Chandler!

I joined CMAC years ago and have been thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Sensei Kelley and Sensei Mari, as well as the other instructors, are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable in their craft but also incredibly patient and encouraging. They take the time to ensure each student understands the techniques and principles, regardless of their skill level. The dojo promotes a sense of community and respect, making it a positive and motivating place to train. What truly sets CMAC apart is their dedication to each student’s personal growth. They focus on developing both physical and mental strength, instilling valuable life skills that go beyond the dojo. The camaraderie among students is also amazing; everyone supports each other, making it a fantastic place to learn and grow. I highly recommend CMAC to both children and adults interested in learning karate, improving their fitness, or seeking a supportive and enriching community.
