Great vibes and great energy with an equally intensive cardio, technique, and live roll opportunities. Had a great drop in and plan on doing their punch pass till I get more time to be more consistent. Also, if your town for a conference, it’s just a few minutes walk from the convention center to get a few rolls in.

Visiting town for the holiday and the wife and I decided to stop in for a class. Super welcoming and inviting atmosphere, with like minded individuals. Great instructionals from a talented individual, would definitely recommend and when we make it back down this way, will definitely be back.

It is absolutely fantastic! The instruction from ET is world-class—clear, focused, and incredibly effective for all skill levels. What truly defines this place is the instructor, zero-ego, family atmosphere. Everyone is supportive, welcoming, and dedicated to helping each other improve. The mats are always clean and the training is high-quality. If you are looking for the best place to start or continue your Jiu-Jitsu journey, this is it. Five stars, highly recommend!

Been training at Element for the last few months and haven’t looked back. Good energy in the room, no egos, just people who love the sport and want to get better.
