reviewsWhat Members Say

Members consistently praise the quality of coaching, with specific instructors like Alejandro receiving high marks for their knowledgeable and unique teaching approaches. Many describe a welcoming community atmosphere where both beginners and experienced practitioners feel safe and supported. However, several reviews highlight significant concerns about billing practices, cancellation difficulties, and what some describe as aggressive sales tactics that make leaving challenging. While the training experience itself receives excellent feedback, administrative processes have caused frustration for some members who report double billing, continued charges after cancellation, and unclear contract terms.

Gym is great. Alejandro does the best boxing classes! He is knowledgeable, fun and unique in his approach. He NEEDS to do a train the trainer class! Many new trainers lately and they are doing okay but if they took some tips from Alejandro, they'd be phenomenal!!

I just joined about two weeks ago with my wife and we couldn’t feel more at home. The coaches have been fantastic. So far we’ve enjoyed classes with Coach Sage, Coach KJ, and we signed up for PT with Coach D. Hopefully we get to catch a class with Coach Derrick soon. We’re very happy to have found our fitness family.

Best fitness club! All the coaches are incredible and will ensure you understand the routine from start to finish. The staff is friendly and overall experience is 10/10. I will definitely recommend if you are wanting a fun and effective workout. Plus, you have unlimited access to their Boxing, Kickboxing sessions, and gym equipment.

Starting with billing issue then will highlight instructors. I had a double bill and was charged twice for my last month. I’m ok with technical issues happening but wasn’t given follow up by managers and it’s frustrating to get a run around. (May edit this post if resolution comes) Instructors are welcoming and there’s a variety of teaching styles. Great community among other members. Very safe environment to be a learner and kids seemed to have fun as well.

I'm writing this review to speak out against the hassle this gym has caused me. I SHOULD have switched out my debit card immediately after canceling, but I learned from my mistake the hard way when they continued to charge me for the next two months going forward. They might reply to this and say "well if you canceled within the accepted timeframe...." but no. It should never be this difficult to cancel, as it also is shady, considering the conversation I had directly with my bank. they told me your contracts do not look official and can't be proven they're from your gym. This gym wrote back to me in an email trying to save face (again, shady). I will explain below. They harass people for business (which I understand that's a salesman's job), but persuade you to be stuck with a contract that purposely makes it difficult for you to get out of. I've expressed disinterest several times, and even though I was told it would be ok (which it is anyway, since it is my choice as the customer) to cancel my membership after a month, they still tried to talk me into keeping it and would not take 'no' for an answer. These people do not understand boundaries under the guise of business. If I said something the first time or first several times, I mean that. I would not be canceling if I knew I wasn't going to use my membership. I genuinely think they do not care if you go consistently or not though (again, understandable since it's not their place to care), but it's greedy to keep begging for your money, hoping you will just be exhausted from trying to do something as simple as cancel, even if they keep charging you for a service you don't plan on and haven't been using. When I wrote back to them confronting their charges when I had tried to cancel prior already, they send me an inaccurate email saying "This agreement was cancelled on 8/18/2025. There are no future payments scheduled." HUH? I canceled in July — which I responded with, only to receive no response in return. Interesting how they only sent me a "cancellation agreement" after I said something, an inaccurate one at that. It's like they knew I was going to use screenshots as evidence, so they wanted to appear credible. I had to go through multiple disputes because of this gym. I spoke with someone at my bank, who says the only type of proof they can go by, is their email because it's official, while the contract is not — meaning this "contract" is not notarized. They said anyone can print out something making it look like it's from somewhere, but can't be proven it's legit. (And mentioned something about the handwriting, even though that was a signature.) So because the only evidence was the email, even though my bank believed me, they couldn't accept my dispute. That's grimy on a whole other level. I'm glad I finally switched my debit card out, because I would not trust them to not charge me again, even with the "There are no future payments going forward" in the email. Especially since y'all still sent me a Communication Preference notice about your gym I don't even attend anymore. You pressure people into joining who don't even want to in the first place, make it difficult for them to leave, and keep charging them after, for the sake of keeping this desperate business afloat. Congrats for getting some people to join from your sales tactics, but they're most likely people like me who want to do a trial for the first month and don't want to commit, so stop forcing people to. If they really wanted to, they would join on their own.
