Knockout fitness is a great place to train. Pros: You get a community, a love for training, different modalities to learn, etc. Cons: It's a cardio kickboxing gym, nothing more nothing less.

I was visiting Arizona and wanted to try boxing as a complete beginner. I ended up in kickboxing classes instead — and I loved every minute of it. The experience was fun, safe, and energizing from the very first session. Staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The team is exceptional. I met manager Tony, along with Jasmine, Isabella, and Connie. Every one of them is genuinely passionate — they treat this as a way of life, not just a job. They’re encouraging, engaging, respectful, friendly, and extremely communicative. Safety is their top priority: they correct form immediately, slow you down if needed, and make sure you never get hurt. Membership ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth every penny and more. The staff works with you on pricing and truly listens to what you need. You get far more value than you pay for. Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super easy to find with a big parking lot. Perfectly placed — Jamba Juice and Starbucks are right across the street for a quick post-workout treat. Equipment ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything is very well-maintained and up-to-date. Punching bags, strength equipment, and they even provide gloves if you don’t have your own. Crowd ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wide mix of beginners (including kids and toddlers) to advanced athletes. Most importantly, everyone is truly welcome here — they actively support people with disabilities and promote autism awareness. Jasmine was my instructor for two kickboxing classes and one personal training session. Her guidance as a first-timer was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned fighter, Knockout Fitness delivers a top-tier experience.

I can’t say enough great things about this kickboxing class! The energy is amazing from start to finish—the music keeps you moving, and the instructors are so motivating, supportive, and fun. Every workout feels challenging but enjoyable, and I always leave feeling stronger and more energized. One of the best parts is that it’s family-friendly. While I get my workout in, my kids also get to join in and absolutely love it! The teachers make sure everyone feels included, no matter their age or experience. It’s rare to find a place where both adults and kids can enjoy themselves, but this class truly delivers. If you’re looking for a workout that’s effective, exciting, and welcoming for the whole family, this is the place to be! Ps. They’re bilingual too 😉

This gym is clean and fully equipped! They have plenty of bags and a ring-plus an area for strength training. This gym feels like family. The trainers are AMAZING. From day one (arriving new to boxing) everyone was welcoming and supportive. The trainers are patient, knowledgeable, and they care about your progress. They will take the time to correct your foreman movements. They will help you build your confidence and punches accommodations. The workouts are fun and challenging! The energy in the gym and during classes will keep you coming back. If you’re looking for a fun way to burn calories, this is it… Stop walking on a treadmill and do a boxing class or a kickboxing class instead.

I’ve trained with Tommy for over 3 years and can’t say enough about his professionalism and ability to work with all levels. Whether you’re new to boxing or experienced, he knows how to bring out your best. Knockout Fitness is also a great gym for beginners or anyone looking to stay active and learn proper technique. All the trainers are patient, supportive, and make sure you understand every combination.
