I love this place! Been there 3 times now and every time Jill is an amazing instructor, great attitude, motivating and switching it up a bit from class to class to get you working everything out. I've never sweat so much in any workout class I've taken and it feels good. Hoping to keep going and reaching my fitness goals. I would recommend this class to anybody I know. Glad to have found this place. JAB JAB CROSS!!

YOU HAVE TO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT! Jill is simply the best in the business. Her energy is electrifying and she does nothing but pump you up and keep you motivated during the whole class! I walked out of the building feeling amazing and couldn’t wait for the next class! Thanks, Jill and team!

Excellent boxing studio. High energy classes with super motivating instructors that keep you going strong until the end. Love that they provide tips on technique too. Great music, 8 rounds of throwing punches and cardio/strength exercises that keep your heart rate up in between!

Highly impressed with this new boxing gym! The facility and equipments are top notch. You could tell the owners really put a lot of effort into building it and putting everything together. The owners & instructors are all really passionate about boxing and truly care for their clients. You really get a full boxing workout in and the music is also fire!! Highly recommend coming here and making it a part of your consistent workout routine!
