Members consistently praise the excellent coaching, noting that instructors genuinely care about student improvement and provide valuable guidance during both regular classes and drop-in sessions. Many reviewers describe a welcoming atmosphere where staff and fellow members are friendly and helpful, with specific mentions of positive interactions at the front desk and during training. Several highlight the owner's expertise and hands-on approach, particularly in jiu jitsu and MMA instruction. Best martial arts school I've ever been to. The coaches actually care that you are improving even if you are just there on a day pass. Extremely helpful staff at the counter. Head coach is the greatest mind in mma.

I keep trying to hit 5 stars and it keeps giving me 1 so if it still shows that I give it five stars and I apologize, so please don’t put me in a chokehold. The way they coached, my children improved their performance on the football field far beyond What I ever could imagine. Confidence most of you guys know us as parents we installed some of it but a good coach will improve it. I understand that I used this to help with football but this gyms coaching staff will Build your child’s confidence along with turn them into top athletes. Thanks for what you did for my boys. I’m still sore from last year lol.

I use to do kickboxing and was looking for a gym. Found this one in class pass and was excited to see if it was one I’d join. I must say I was pretty excited to find one. I even pushed a meeting back to rearrange my schedule so that I can be there on time. Walked in the coffe shop no one spoke or said anything. Walked out and went through the gym doors and the same girl from the coffe shop finally said hello and told me where to go. I went to the back mate sat with my gloves and water waiting. A guy came in looked at me at walked right by be without saying anything. Figured must be a student. As I’m waiting others started to filter in. The same guy come out and says ok to the regulars and says let’s get started. No greeting no hello no direction in wait to do or where to go. Was totally ignored. When I went back to the front desk to tell her like hey is that the coach what should I be doing no one is saying hello or what to do to join the class she pretty much said oh well this is a flight gym and a different vibe and we’re here to work. I said was too and wanted to find a home gym .. I also expect husband does do wrestling and jujutsu and I’m very familiar with what type of gym it is that that’s why I was looking for it. She pretty much said oh well if it’s not for you it’s not for you people come and go and that’s what it is. All I wanted was to know what to do and who I was working with … as a new person coming into the gym you’d think someone would say hello or things how it works and this is what we’re doing. It wasn’t even a hello. Very unfortunate and the front desk coffee girl was pretty much like oh well what ever. Very opposite that what’s sen in the website and the video of the gym expansion.. own seems welcoming and upbeat
