This gym has been a lifesaver for me and my kids. It gave my kids an outlet to meet new people, learn socializing skills, get their frustrations out in a very productive way, and form confidence they bring forward into their lives every single day. I have found a love for martial arts that I never had, as I have become a Muaythai Mom! Everyone is welcomed with open arms and everyone here has truly become a part of my family. The instructors are amazing with the kids (and adults) by not only teaching them Muaythai but also teaching them how to be good humans. This is the gym to go to!!

We absolutely love Sitan Gym! Our son started attending their Kid’s Muay Thai program at the beginning of the year, and he was instantly hooked. Not only is the instruction high quality, but the owner Thiago and his staff are warm, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. They accommodate all skill levels, and even offer special needs classes on the weekend- making it a very inclusive community to step into. We battle rush hour traffic from Scottsdale during the week because it is 100% worth the effort to get there. We couldn’t recommend it enough!

I have been coming here on and off for years. Recently I put my son (8) and daughter (5) in the summer muay thai camp and it was fantastic! Thiago and his team are excellent coaches and have inspired me and the family to return here for fitness, discipline and self defense. I love that it’s locally owned and operated and has a ton of love from the surrounding area and people interested in muay thai.

Had my first jiu jitsu class today and I was so nervous. I ended up making two new friends laughing and smiling the whole time. Left at the end of the class smiling talking to all my family on the phone about all the fun I had. Plus there's a cute dog there

This place is a second home, Thiago and his students are not only highly skilled in Muay Thai but also kind hearted and friendly making the environment fun if you can survive the warm up 😂 Jokes aside Sitan gym is everything your looking for in a Muay Thai gym. Knowledgeable instructors, Safe & Clean training environment, Solid community, offers free classes to women and also caters to children with special needs. 10/10 👊
