About

Sit.Silom Muay Thai Gym offers training in MMA, Muay Thai, and kickboxing under the guidance of Coach Khayree. The coaching style emphasizes technical precision, with members noting his deep knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and his ability to explain technique execution clearly. He focuses on both the physical and cultural aspects of Muay Thai, helping students develop not just as fighters but in their mind-body-spirit connection. The gym welcomes all skill levels, from total beginners to more experienced practitioners, and fosters a respectful, sportsmanlike atmosphere where students often handshake with everyone at the end of group classes.

reviewsWhat Members Say

Members consistently praise Coach Khayree for his technical expertise, motivational coaching style, and ability to make sessions both challenging and enjoyable. They highlight significant skill improvement, a welcoming atmosphere for all levels, and his attention to both physical technique and the cultural spirit of Muay Thai. Some concerns include external issues like parking lot disturbances from nearby businesses on weekends and one isolated incident where a member felt unfairly removed from a community chat without prior discussion.

Update: Business is booming but Coach Khayree always takes good care of his students. I've directed a couple of people to come to his gym, and they've improved tremendously and more importantly, fell deeper in love with the sport. I've learnt a newfound respect for Muay Thai after training here. Old review: Great gym great atmosphere, high level muay thai training for both the physical side of muay thai and the cultural side

Silom is an amazing gym Coach Khayree is always attentive, positive, and respectful, which makes every class a great experience. The training is challenging but still fun, and in just the last two months I’ve grown a lot not only becoming a more technical fighter, but also learning what Muay Thai really means. I’m grateful for Coach Khayree’s guidance and the atmosphere at Silom. Couldn’t ask for a better coach or gym ⚔️⚔️🏔️🏔️

We live next to this gym, so glad this space is being used for good. However, every Friday-Sunday night from 2am-7am your parking lot is being used by Golden Hookah lounge patrons. They use, and have used your parking lot even tho y’all changed your ‘No Parking’ signs. They leave trash in your lot (red cups, glass bottles and beer cans). A lambourgini and an orange chevy mustang both like to use your parking lot to rev their engines, and they sometimes piss on y’alls building. A white jeep or yellow Cadillac also park on your sidewalk and block your parking lot entrance. Just letting you know bc if I was a business owner hearing this I would take action and maybe see it for yourself. Ourselves and others have been calling the cops every weekend these past months. Them parking in your business without permission is a crime; they are trespassing on your property. Below are the pics.

October 2025 Update: I can no longer recommend this gym. The coach added me to a community group chat back in August, and I’ve been active in that chat. I also tried my best to come to classes twice a week for both 101 and All-levels. Right after work when I’d drive 45 minutes from Surprise. Or right after I meet with clients. The coach removed me from the chat without providing any reasoning beforehand. He felt disrespected that I would talk during class as he’s speaking (about both relevant and irrelevant things to Muay Thai) and instead of addressing it with me privately to set boundaries he simply removed me from the community. A community I openly expressed I wanted to be part of. I respect Khayree for his technical skill and friendliness but I cannot condone this vindictive, immature behavior. (Photo provided as proof) Old Review: I am a total Muay Thai beginner, and am a beginner to sports altogether. I took an intro class at another gym before I found out Sit Silom had opened just down the street from me! Coach Khayree is highly dedicated to his students and craft. He welcomes students of all levels and does great private coaching. I always have a blast when I’m there with the other students! Additionally-speaking as a massage therapist, his knowledge of how the musculoskeletal system works and explaining the execution of technique is phenomenal. He teaches students how to be more attune with their mind-body-spirit. He also embodies sportsmanship, at the end of group classes he has students handshake with everybody.
