I stopped in unannounced on a Saturday and was greeted by the owner Austin. He immediately made me feel welcome. I highly recommend checking this beautiful academy out if you’re in the area.

As someone new to BJJ, I was nervous at first, but this gym made me feel at home from day one. The coaches are patient and encouraging, and the more experienced members at the gym very are supportive. It’s amazing that Sol has been able to build such a welcoming yet competitive environment. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, the culture here is all about growth, respect, and camaraderie. Highly recommend if you're looking for a positive, welcoming place to train.

Austin is the best black belt competitor in AZ! He also runs an amazing program and carries himself with the highest integrity on and off the mat. My JiuJitsu has leveled up so much since I started training here.

I am coming up on 2 years at this school! It was one of the best decisions I ever made. Professor Austin since day one has always pushed me and really emphasized opening my mind and never to concede. My form has really catapulted into something else being here. Staff is amazing! They really take the time to work with you and answer your questions. The kids classes is great for my little ones.
