Souza Grappling Co.

We brought our four-year-old to start training Jiu-Jitsu and now my husband and I are also both training under Gabriel! The owners are so welcoming and it is such a comfortable place for our family. Jiu-Jitsu seems like it would be an intimidating thing to start and the actual practice of it certainly is, but the people who go to the gym and the coaches make you feel so comfortable that it’s been easy to get hooked. Highly recommend giving Souza Grappling a try if it’s something you’ve been thinking about! Can’t say enough good things about this gym and owners!

This is my first experience with jiu Jitsu and I'm glad my grandson is involved. As a former collegiate wrestler, it's rewarding to see him learning the same life skills that I realized with wrestling. Coach Souza is patient and wonderful with the kids of all ages. Great job Gabriel and team.

Been doing sports almost all of my life and Coach Gabriel is one of the best coaches Ive had. Cares that each student gets better everyday. Amazing gym with a great environment for someone just starting out or someone who’s been doing bjj/muay Thai for a long time.

I could not be happier that we found this gym. My 4 and 7 year old sons started at Souza with Gabriel less than 6 months ago and the amount they have learned has been unbelievable. Real skills that they use on and off the mat, Self discipline, confidence and patience. The family atmosphere in the gym is what you dream of. Everyone pushes, cares and supports one another in such a cool way. I’m thrilled my children are learning from such a skilled professor but also happy they found a community that can help bring them up into young men.

The team here at Souza is top notch, their kids classes are absolutely awesome. Very patient and great instruction. The adult classes are also fantastic. It is incredibly family friendly, couldn’t ask for a better place for myself and my daughter.
