If you are looking for a professional environment with professional personal trainers in a gym, that is absolutely pleasant, A Kick Above is definitely the place you want to visit. The gym is set up so that you can have a personal workout or a trainer assisted workout, which makes it absolutely worthwhile. The staff is extremely nice and everybody is concerned with helping you meet your health goals. The owner is highly visible and very involved in your success, which makes this an absolute need to a person who’s looking to achieve their health goal. There are also nutritional benefits to attending this gym, which makes it stand out from most of the other places I’ve attended. The equipment here is top notch, and access to the location is available to all the members. If you’re looking for a gym to get a healthy workout along with some solid advice, please give this place to try, you will not be disappointed, and because of that, I rate it 5 stars.

A Kick Above is very personable and an exceptional gym with exceptional trainers. You are offered either one-on-one training or group training. I chose group training and had a phenomenal experience with the wonderful people in my group and great work-outs with the trainers. I lost over 40lbs, saw toned muscles, and lowered my cholesterol, which also helps with your Heart Health! I felt Healthier, strong, and energized. Give A Kick Above a chance to help you through your 2026 goals and have the health, body, energy that you want and deserve for yourself.

There are a lot of great things about this facility. First, it's top-notch when it comes to fitness equipment. Next, it is always clean and always positive. Young and old (myself included) are part of those who make up the family of A Kick Above. There's a lot of encouragement from members and the staff. And no judgment, but they do push you to do your best and to keep at it. And as for results, just drop by and see those in the gym. They will gladly share their fitness journey with you. Since December 1, 2025, I've lost 28 pounds of fat and added muscle. The inches are going down in the right areas while going up where needed! I'm feeling so much better.

I absolutely love A Kick Above Workout Gym! From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much pride Kim takes in her space it’s always clean, welcoming, and very professional. They are extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and truly care about helping you reach your fitness goals safely and effectively. What sets this gym apart is the atmosphere. It doesn’t feel intimidating at all it feels like family. Kim and Caleb motivate you, encourage you, and push you just enough while still making you feel supported. Every workout is challenging, fun, and purposeful. If you’re looking for a gym where you feel comfortable, empowered, and genuinely cared for, A Kick Above is it. Highly recommend!

I have trained at A Kick Above for almost 10 years . My trainers, Kim and Caleb, go above and beyond to help each person individually, and that care really shows. I’m in my mid 50s and have an auto immune thyroid condition as well as injuries that are years old. They have helped me maintain my health by adjusting workouts to meet my needs and making sure I’m training safely and effectively. They don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach—they genuinely care about what each client needs. They push us to be our best through challenging workouts that help keep us in optimal health. The facility itself is wonderful- great equipment, sauna, massage chairs, etc. But what really sets this gym apart is the sense of family. It’s a supportive, encouraging environment that you just don’t find everywhere. I’m so grateful to be part of this community and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a gym that truly cares about its members.
