Best gym as an official amateur boxer, I'm glad to be training under one of the best coaches in Ozell Nelson, I know me and him can take on the boxing world and make both our dreams as I work my way to the professionals and get that belt🥊.

I’ve been to many boxing gyms in Arkansas. Most gyms just have lots of cardio. This place the coach will most definitely prepare you for the ring and teach you hope to become a boxer. I love that family atmosphere. I love that you can train or you can compete and be competitive. Great place to mix up your workout and learn how to blow off some steam. Boxing is the best stress stress, reliever and medicine💯💯💯

I started boxing here in the late 90s-early 2000s under the tutelage of Ozell, Orlando, Willie and Kevin. Sparring with Richard, Terry Smith, Terry Porter, and Jermain Taylor. This gym is the best around. I learned so much here, which helped me compete in NCAA boxing at the University of Central Arkansas. I’ll never forget the lessons and many nights grinding to become a technical boxer with power and a better human being. Such a great gym with great people who know the sport through and through. I plan on bring my son to learn the sweet science as soon as we KO Covid-19!!

It’s no wonder women leave here to box elsewhere. After being asked about my weight twice by the coach, called “baby girl” by a man I don’t know and watching dads yell at their three year olds to sit down while they work out, I was done. Coach Ozell mainly sits in his front office and doesn’t even coach us.
