I love it. Its not a place to hang out and try to look cool in front offriends. Its a place for those who are serious about getting fit. No AC? Its a sweat gym. Old school and I didnt start seeing real gains until I came here. Equipment works flawlessly. Its clean and everything you need is there. I'll never stop going here.

This gym is great. I'll go further, it's great for people who ARE concerned about fitness and getting as strong as possible and AREN'T concerned about getting dirty, making friends and chatting at the gym all day, or posting pictures every five seconds. It's probably one of the only real gyms left with 10 fitness and planet fitness infecting our neighborhoods. Thanks to the whole Big Dog family. Great job!

I was told that the AC works. It was 87 degrees in there on March 4th. It was 95+ degrees (right beside the air conditioner) all summer last year. I’m pretty upset that they lied to me just to con me into to a year long membership.

The owners attitude sucks and he has zero customer service skills. My husband and I recently moved to the area and stopped by to check out the gym. Office was closed but the owner was in the gym at the time we stopped by. Tried to ask questions but we soon realized this is not the place for us based on the owners attitude. He was EXTREMELY RUDE & seemed very full of himself. Not to o mention its very hot in his facility. Comes across as trying to prove he's the "BIG DOG" on the porch which is not appealing to prospective customers. You're better off joining down the street where people are actually nice and have the willingness to help you or to answer a simple question.
