I was passing through town and found this gym and gave it a shot. Incredibly friendly and welcoming Grand Master and his instructors were great! Thorough and dedicated black belt coach that was open to new comers and made it really easy to just pop in for a couple nights!

This place and the people here are awesome!! So much variety and the instructors really care about you learning and getting a good workout in. The team goes above and beyond in classes and are excellent coaches. I’ve tried out several of the martial arts places in town and this one is without a doubt the best.

I love the BJJ classes at LDMA! The energy is fun and you can tell that everyone really cares about each other. The coaches are wonderful people with real talent for instructing and they connect well with everyone. As a woman, I've only ever felt comfortable working with them in BJJ, and it's nice to not be the only woman there! LDMA is full of good, hard-working people, and it's nice to be apart of that.

I'm in town for 2 weeks and was looking for a place to train. Talk to Mr. Dring and I was superbly delighted by his professionalism, enthusiasm, and hospitality. He gave me some loner Gis to use since I hadn't brought mine and he really facilitated a top-notch way for me to train. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in the future.
