The room was elegant easy to decorate like my customer wanted would have been nice to have access to round tables and at least 2 6ft tables for linens ! All of NLR centers have round tables which would make rooms more spacey !

This is a wonderful facility with lots of activities including concerts by the North Little Rock Community Concert Band.

This space is gorgeous and fully equipped with kitchen, large refrigerator, ice maker, tables and chairs. I will be booking here again.

I chose the NLR Community Center to host my husband's 50th Birthday Party. I rented the medium room which had a separate entrance near the back of the recently renovated space. The space included everything we needed included a fully functioning kitchen with refrigerator, sink and an ice machine. Mr. Greenwood was very kind and gracious to help us set up tables and chairs before the event started that night. When we arrived to the room at 4 pm to finish decorating and setting up food, the thermostat showed 80 degrees! When asking someone on site about adjusting the air, he stated that he was unable to change it. I emailed and left a message on the main number later and no one ever replied to me. I ended up buying box fans to bring relief to the room. It was hot! I happened to review the rental guidelines and it did state that the NLR Community Center has either heat or air available depending on the season. So, if you rent a space here, PLEASE check with the staff to see which is available to you and if you can get it adjusted BEFORE your event, if necessary. I understand that Arkansas weather is unpredictable, but the first day of Spring was March 20, 2025. Air conditioning should have been turned on. Come on, NLR...let's do better!

The man at the front desk was very friendly, but my first impression of the facility was quite appalled, the locker room doors did not work properly, the showers were unclean and the water was only luke warm. I was hoping my tax dollars would produce better results, but unfortunately they still don't. I hope NLR can get their act together and start giving it's people what we deserve, better than this! I won't be returning anytime soon to this facility.
