I’m a 67 year old retiree and I started at West Little Rock CrossFit Longevity class in late September in 2025. Since then my body is stronger more flexible and daily chores doesn’t hurt as much, the real test was when I started my outside cycling this week and I am much stronger on my bike I have been in years. The best thing is I thought CrossFit was for highly competitive and younger people but I have found that this class meets you in the what your in and coach you in a way that is safe and challenging they will not let you hurt yourself but show you how to live a more healthy life that’s just for you, I have found a great community of people looking for the same thing I was looking for.

Jeff is one of the best coaches around! He will meet you where you are and help you meet your goals. I lost roughly 30lbs in the first 4 months of working with him. Not only did he support in this process, but he mentored me as a CrossFit coach and taught me how to meet my own athletes where they are. Often coaches don’t receive the same coaching that we provide our athletes, but we also have our own goals. I learned new skills, new progressions, new cues, and lots of new things about myself that will help me continue in my growth as a coach and an athlete. Regardless of your goals or ability level, Jeff can help you accomplish them. I also thoroughly enjoyed my time in his gym! The rest of his coaches are amazing as well. His athletes and coaches made me feel welcome anytime I was there. I made new friends that I will continue to cheer for in the time I’ve spent at West Little Rock CrossFit. Give Jeff and his team a shout, stop in and try it out. I have no doubts that you will love it as much as I do.

Great place to work out !! Jeff and the other coaches do an excellent job keying into specific needs and focusing the work out around those needs— while also being very mindful of safety. I also appreciate the ongoing efforts to share /support and encourage good nutrition!

I’ve been training at WLRC for the past six months with the goal of losing weight, and the experience has been fantastic. The coaches are friendly, motivating, and easy to follow, which made it comfortable even as a beginner. I’ve lost about 25 pounds so far (while gaining muscle and losing fat). I’m very satisfied with my progress. The members are also welcoming and always encouraging each other, creating a great community atmosphere. As someone new to CrossFit, I am happy, and I highly recommend this gym to anyone considering getting started.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — My go-to gym when I’m in town I need community, coaching and competition to get good workouts in. I drop in at West Little Rock CrossFit every time I’m in Little Rock for the holidays, and it’s always a great experience. The staff is welcoming, the coaching is clear and effective, and the workouts are consistently challenging in a good way. The members are easy to train with, and the overall atmosphere is positive and focused. Whether you’re dropping in or looking for a long-term gym, this place delivers on coaching, community, and energy. Highly recommend.
