I’ve trained in many gyms worldwide, and this one is outstanding. Super clean mats, friendly people, and a great learning environment. The classes are technical and detailed, exactly what I look for as a brown belt. Highly recommend!

As a physician who came into training later in life and has experienced a wide range of gyms worldwide, I can honestly say the culture at Westside BJJ Bryant is what I love. Owen and his team keep an emphasis on control and respect that makes a huge difference for people who are serious about training but not interested in getting hurt. The coaching is technically sound, experience-driven, and absolutely capable of developing athletes who want to pursue a career in controlled violence, all while keeping the room professional and safe. If you're on the fence, I promise. No one wants to hurt you. Show up for a class and see that your fears are real, but not warranted!

Got a chance to train at this location today and wow what an experience. One of the most friendly places I have ever visited. Everyone was welcoming, the culture in this gym is second to none. The instructor was fantastic and the class has multiple black belts there to help too. This gym is like a home away from home. If you are in the Little Rock/ Bryant area you won’t find a better place. Mats were very clean, bathroom was clean, the lobby area was clean and welcoming. I walked in on a packed kids class and the parents had a ton of space to sit and watch. I will definitely be back here every time I visit this area!

My son dropped in on a no gi class while we are on vacation. Let me tell you....this place is a top notch BJJ school/gym. Coach Owen and all the guys were very welcoming and my son got some high level rolling. Will definitely stop by here again next time we're in Bryant, Arkansas. Amy, the office manager and jiu jitsu practitioner, was also amazing. Glad we stopped by!

Westside Bryant has been an absolutely wonderful experience. Since my last BJJ school closed down, I’ve been a bit of a BJJ hobo wandering in and out of several gyms. Owen, TJ, Amy, and all of their people have been super welcoming. Excellent vibes, great rolls, very solid place to train. Very glad to have found a new home gym.
