My home anytime I’m in Little Rock. Phenomenal environment. Great facility. Coach Roli was so welcoming, so relaxed, so professional while still maintaining his personality and mixing in his humor. Recommend this spot to anyone on any level. Classes are entertaining, engaging and eclectic. So grateful I found this gym/gem can’t wait to get back!

They gave me a discount for a certain reason and I should have declined it .... They even said they were going to give us a couple of sets of free gloves for the kids. Don't ask your friends for a discount. You want your friends business to succeed right? Pay them what they are going to need to get paid to succeed. They are too nice and it cuts down on them financially. So don't accept a discount from these guys. They are worth more than what they are asking. I've known them and been training with them for about 5 years. All of them are great! Very respectful and fun environment!

Westside MMA is THE best place to train in Central Arkansas, if not the entire south. Yes, I said it. You will not find a better place that has everything you could ask for in a martial arts gym: reputable, experienced, and just flat-out amazing coaches, a welcoming and warm community made up of people from all walks of life who work hard alongside you and keep you motivated, a clean facility, quality training partners, opportunities to grow and go beyond your comfort zone while being supported and encouraged, and the list goes on. Literally no matter your age, skill level, goals, or what your motivations are for stepping into an MMA gym, there is a place for you at Westside. And you’ll be met with some of the best people you could find. Westside has brought an immense amount of joy and purpose to my days. I’ve made so many unexpected, lifelong friendships and I have grown and accomplished so many things I never ever would have imagined possible for myself. I’ve gained a lot of self-confidence and everything I have learned on the mats directly helps me in my day to day life. I am a better employee, partner, mother, and all around human being because of my time at Westside. I can’t recommend it enough to anyone who has even an inkling of interest in kickboxing, grappling/BJJ, MMA, etc. It will change your life in the most positive of ways, on and off the mats!

When I was considering joining Westside, I was apprehensive because I'm a physician and business owner and I cannot get hurt. Westside MMA stands out to me because the coaches do a great job of removing fear of injury by keeping a strong culture of get after it with control and respect. That filters down to the members. The coaches know how to run a room where people with careers and responsibilities can train hard without unnecessary risk. Yet, since the gym has the widest range of high performing athletes, those who want to make a career out of controlled violence have their home too. The mix of wrestling and BJJ has improved my game and helped me in SO many ways. I'm grateful to the Westside family. If you're on the fence, c'mon in. We won't rip your head off. (I can only speak to the BJJ side of the gym)
