I am not in shape at all and I’ve never tried kickboxing but that didn’t matter. I was treated with respect and had a great time. I can’t wait to get better and really learn the correct techniques I was shown. Definitely recommend!

I'm so happy I joined this gym! I've always been interested in kickboxing but was always intimidated to try it. I'm so glad I took the leap and signed up. It's the perfect place to learn the basics and work towards your fitness goals. The trainers are awesome, and everyone is incredibly friendly. I especially appreciate how the trainers correct your technique. I highly recommend it!

This gym is clean, friendly and trainers are great. At first you think it’s intimidating but you quickly get into the zone and feel comfortable. The trainers are helpful and guide you through it all. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Very nice intro by Ricky to the 30 minute workout He was encouraging and knowledgeable It is easy to follow and challenging as I am a beginner and can see that it will allow me to progress in all areas
