Badger MMA

Have been coming here for about 2 months now with no prior martial arts background. Jeff is a great instructor with lots of knowledge and he takes safety seriously. Classes are small but that means each student gets a lot of attention from him. Would definitely recommend coming here, especially if you are brand new to MMA.

Jeff is an amazing teacher, coach, trainer! He works very well with all skill levels and ages. He is patient but firm, sets great boundaries for the kids and helps them further their skills! My little (6) is a big rule follower so he has a harder time deviating from exactly what he was taught. Jeff works really well with him to help him stop Thinking and use his muscle memory and training! Classes are smaller so lots of one on one attention. Highly recommend if you're looking for BJJ where skills are taught thoroughly!

We have been attending the class for over 6 months now and it has been so wonderful to watch my boys progress. Jeff is very patient with the kids, and seems very knowledgeable of his sport. I couldn’t recommend a better MMA instructor.
