Great place to workout. Many instructors in each class providing personal attention. Boxing is the core but like many martial arts you will learn plenty more. Respect honor discipline

Might join this gym so see because I am having thoughts of joining but by seeing the 2 bad reviews I’ll have to think about I’ll prolly join for a day and if I like it I’ll join
