Gracie Beverly Hills is very well run with a staff of great people. They have a very active community, both children and adults. The instructors are knowledgable and patient. Absolutely zero "bro" vibes. Plenty of class times to fit your schedule. If you're curious about BJJ for you or your child, then this is the best place to start.

When I first joined the academy, I had been training at another BJJ school for a few months and was left wanting more. What got me here and hooked was the Combative's Program. Combatives was an amazing introduction to BJJ and created a foundation of knowledge that I still use today. It was empowering to have such a great beginner curriculum. I've been training at Gracie Jiu Jitsu Beverly Hills for about 3 years now. The facilities are well maintained, Instructors are fantastic & certainly invested in everyone's progression. The culture here assures you are learning in a progressive & safe environment that facilitates growth. I am proud to be a part of the community which is Gracie Jiu Jitsu Beverly Hills. So if you ever wondered about trying BJJ, l'd highly recommend coming in for your intro class. You'll be glad you did. See you on the mat!

I love this academy! It has an incredibly welcoming group of instructors with safety always being paramount to everyone's practice. The instructors know every student's name and are very approachable with all manner of questions from technique to the history of Gracie Jiu Jitsu. The academy has a great CLEAN aesthetic to it with natural and overhead lighting throughout. There are showers on premise with fresh towels always at the ready. The men's changing room is always clean and tidy. Lockers are available for your belongings while you practice.

Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Beverly Hills really is a great academy for to learn self-defense, to let the ego home keeping my work and personal life balanced especially learning to keep it playful especially learning to defend myself and stand up for those that cannot stand up for themselves. I LOVE Gracie University which makes me feel worth defending! Thank you, Grandmaster Helio Gracie for your continued legacy, your sons and daughters, grand children and great grandchildren which I really Love and Admire about the Grand Master Helio Gracie. I really appreciate your grandsons, Ryron and Rener Gracie for still continuing and contributing to the whole world in your Grandfather’s name.

Gracie Ju Jitsu Beverly Hills is one of the most welcoming places I’ve ever been. Immediately on arrival for my private class, i was greeted with my Private Instructor Mike, and I knew I was going to have a good time. I was initially nervous and anxious about the whole experience, but Mike walked me through every aspect of the process even down making sure I had the proper Gi Size and we talked about the philosophy of the art. There was a moment were a woman had brought her two sons in to start the process of training, and professor Mike was incredibly patient with her and even taught her about the history of Gracie, as well as some aspects of the UFC. I knew his ability to clearly express the lineage of Gracie would translate to clear instruction so I was pumped! Private Classes were so awesome, primarily because I love to ask questions, and this early stage in my development i don’t want to develop any bad habits and having an experienced Black Belt there to walk me through step by step was extremely helpful. It felt like I was able to quickly grasp the concepts being shown to me and any errors i made we could quickly and efficiently correct. I can’t tell you how down to earth and chill this place is, there is a humbleness that is rooted in education and constant growth of the craft. What an absolute pleasure to be able to start my journey in BJJ, and there is no better place than Gracie Beverly Hills.
