Making MMA district a part of my weekly routine! The coaches are very knowledgeable and provide constructive feedback to help improve your technique. I’ve trained with Dawn, Andres, Andrew, and Cameron. They are all amazing and it’s honestly an honor to train under some of the most passionate coaches! I’m excited to see how far MMA district can take me as I explore this new interest of mine. Thank you to the gym owner, Hanny for putting together a great team! 🫶🏻

MMA District has been one of the most welcoming gyms I’ve trained at, especially for anyone who wants to truly understand MMA—not just collect random techniques. They teach the fundamentals in a way that actually connects the dots between striking, clinch, takedowns, and grappling, so you start to feel the flow of MMA and how everything integrates in real time. The MMA program is led by Daniel Park, a rising Korean American professional fighter, and he’s assisted by his brother Dennis Park, who also competes. Their coaching style is detailed, technical, and surprisingly thoughtful—they don’t just push you physically, they help you think through positions, timing, and decision-making. You leave class feeling sharper, not crushed. They also offer boxing, jiu jitsu, and Muay Thai, plus a fitness gym, but the heart of the place is definitely the MMA training. If you want a gym that builds skill, confidence, and longevity without “breaking your soul,” MMA District is it.

My good buddy Coach Dawn North is the boxing instructor there. They have 20+ years of martial art experience! The gym space is clean and a great place to train. They offer many different classes from boxing to muy thai and I think BJJ. I am there for boxing and I love the environment, the people who train and want to learn. And with a seasoned fighter in your corner, you as a student are in a great place to learn and train. The owner is awesome, kind and willing to keep your business. I Would recommend this place for training and martial art learning 10/10
