Rokah Karate & Jiu Jitsu

To be a part of Rokah Karate is to be a part of a family. Avi, Ruth and all of the wonderful sensei don't just instruct, but they are deeply invested in my children becoming better at karate and better human beings. My kids love being a part of this community and I could see just a few months into their training that they would walk a little bit taller and more confident. They worked diligently practicing their kata and would also apply the lesson of repetition to their school studies.
