I was going to Taejo for about 2 years before moving out of town. It was the best gym experience I've ever had. As a kickboxing newbie, classes were challenging but always fun. I learned something new every week and it never got repetitive or boring. In addition to great workouts, they will teach you proper fighting techniques. Whether you just want a fun and engaging way to get in shape or want to learn how to fight and get into the ring, Taejo got you covered.

This place is great. I stopped in for a class while visiting LA and had a great experience. I've been practicing muay thai and kickboxing for several years. Randy and the folks here made me feel welcome right off the bat. Everyone was friendly and encouraging, the class was challenging, and folks were quick to introduce themselves to a newcomer. I love my gym and coach back home, but if I lived in LA, I would sign up for this gym in a heartbeat. Great vibes all around.

Taejo began as a past time to keep the mind and body occupied during coronavirus. Soon this hobbyist mentality was nurtured into something much deeper thanks to coach Olive, Niko and the rest of the Taejo team. It sprouted into a healthy obsession of mind and body. With a strong background in Muay Thai, boxing and strength and conditioning these coaches will elevate your spirits into a strive for something greater than yourself. Do check this gym out; you will not regret it.

Came for the work out, stayed for the fam. Taejo offers classes for all levels and the trainers take the time and effort to break down techniques for those that are truly interested in learning kickboxing. "Hands up" the best gym I've been to.
