Coach Brandon is an 11/10 coach and wonderful person. I came into personal training with him with an injury in my knee, but a lot of enthusiasm for recovery and getting stronger. Brandon was respectful of my injury while also balancing pushing me beyond what I ever thought I was capable of doing. I went from not being able to do almost any push ups, to having push ups be my favorite exercise. More than that, I have muscles now. Although they are small, because I am a small person, I feel stronger than I ever have before in my life. I am beyond grateful for Brandon’s energy at our 6am training sessions and for jamming with me to Hercules while he trained me. If I could afford to stay on with Brandon, I would. He was worth every dollar spent on personal training. (Also, must add I am grateful for Coach D’s wild energy at 6am. His HIIT class looks intense in the best way. Also, D and his dog Nala are the cutest duo.)

I’ve been training here for a while and couldn’t be happier. My personal trainer is knowledgeable, caring, and created a plan for me that actually works — I have seen clear, measurable results. The facility is well-maintained and the overall vibe is great. Highly recommend for anyone serious about their fitness goals.

I’ve just completed a one month training program through the Boxing Prescription with Head Trainer, Sheila. This place is friendly, fun and dedicated to improving our health and fitness. Working with Sheila has made me feel more confident and also ensured that I am avoiding injury while meeting my fitness goals. You can really tell the difference between a big corporate gym, and this more community centered space, which is much more welcoming and friendly. I’m grateful to be working with such a great team.

If you want to learn the fundamentals of boxing, practice your boxing skills, or just want to get your body into shape; I recommend The Fitness Prescription. They have a variety of classes you can take. You also can get a personal trainer. I have been working out with my personal trainer Sheila Kim for 5 months. She is awesome. She is very knowledgeable and she will make you sweat. Since I’ve been working out under Sheila, I have lost fat and gained muscle.

Love coming here, they are very flexible with the hours and understanding. Everyone is also very supportive and encouraging. Sheila a great instructor. She goes hard on the workouts but always safe. She is knowledgeable and will always make sure the workouts are being done correctly. No shortcuts. She also a pleasure to talk to.
