As parents, we really appreciate the warm, family-like atmosphere. Every class is well-structured, engaging, and fun, which keeps the kids motivated and excited to come back. This school truly cares about both martial arts skills and character development. We feel lucky to have found this place—it has been a wonderful journey for our son and for us as a family. Highly recommend!

UFA is an exceptionally well rounded gym! The coaches are knowledgeable, students are incredibly friendly, it’s very sanitary, and every class is a killer workout! I really appreciate that this gym offers both Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu for those looking to diversify their training. I have had great experiences with the coaches in both Muay Thai and BJJ! All equipment is sanitized after every class and there are also wipes you can use to clean your personal gear. All around UFA is a great gym and community that I’m thankful to be a part of. I look forward to continuing my training here!

Been going here for about a year. Great mix of different types of classes to give a well rounded introduction to Muay Thai. Everyone that works/trains there is super friendly and the classes are generally an appropriate student to instructor ratio to make sure people are getting feedback to improve their skills. Also a good mix of beginners to advanced fighters.

Someone greeted me at the door the minute I walked in, which was nice. My class was actually in a room in the back, so I'm glad I was told where to go. Kitty, the owner is fantastic. It was my first class and she took her time teaching me All the moves. If you want to learn Muay Thai, this is the place! Plenty of parking, small classes, and lots of personal attention.

I've been going to UFA every week for a little over 3 months now, and am incredibly happy with my experience. This is my first time taking any kind of MMA class, and both Coach Kitty and the students & members have been incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient in showing me all there is to know about Muay Thai fundamentals. It's always a great workout (one that I actually look forward to), and I can see my form improving with every class I attend.
