From the first time I entered their gym they were nothing but kind and patient for the questions I've had about their unique martial art. They even taught me a technique named Sankyo, and if ya don't know what that is either look it up or more importantly go over to their gym and find out. 😁

Great community of peace loving people. Great self defense for women and children. The philosophy of keeping your opponent safe and collaboration in conflict resolution works in real life too. Check it out for free!

I've been training here since October of 2016 and I am very happy with the quality of the instruction and the level of support that beginners receive from the community. This is the third dojo that I've been a part of and it is by far the best. With regards to the cost of membership, I'd say that the value you get out of this is directly proportional to the level of effort and commitment that you are willing to put into it. I'm training 4x to 5x per week with several different high quality instructors. Each Sensei brings something different and unique to my training experience. For me, $120 per month feels like a great deal. But if you are only willing to show up once or twice a month...
