Ares Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Roseville

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Came into town from Huntsville, Alabama with my daughter. I still own a business out here, so I swing back every couple months for work and try to hit a few gyms while I’m in town. Dropped in at Ares BJJ this time — awesome experience. Coach was legit. Super experienced in Jiu-Jitsu but also just a great teacher, which is rare. Some people can roll, but not everyone can really teach it, you know? After class we went to In-N-Out, and my daughter (completely unprompted) goes, “Everyone there was really nice.” 😂 She wasn’t wrong — super welcoming vibe all around. Even a coach leaving from the previous class stopped to chat and was super friendly. We grabbed a couple rash guards like we always do when we find a solid gym. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area. Thanks again for having us!

First time drop in and i immediately felt welcomed. 5 people came up and shook my hand and introduced themselves and made me feel at home. Great coaching and awesome atmosphere.

Ares BJJ of Roseville is an amazing Academy with world class instructors and great class time options to fit any schedule.This school also offers a wide range of training opportunities from fundamental basics through high level competition. There’s a reason they only have 5 stars on their reviews! It may seem too good to be true, but it’s true. I read a bunch a reviews and honestly if you go, you’ll probably be writing the same thing because they deserve it. High level instructors, great atmosphere, people, and very clean gym. Doesn’t matter, who you are, what level, or how much experience you have. You need to go and experience for yourself. Definitely my gym to go to now when I’m in town. Rare to find a place that does both Gi and No Gi. And they have more than one class a day! Pretty hard to find a gym like this! Thank you to all the instructors and everyone I had a chance to meet on my visit! I’ll definitely be back here again! OSS!

I have cross trained at Ares since I was a blue belt and they have always treated me like family while visiting. The training is top notch with so much attention to detail. More importantly they give back to the community and support any event they can. I’m happy to now call this amazing gym my home!
