I highly recommend Valor Training Center to all young & older! The level and quality of staff and training is top tier👌🏽 We've been to other schools and Valor by far is the best! The way they get through to the kids is nothing short of amazing! Coach Norman is especially patient and encouraging with my daughter who is very introverted and reserved. Great atmosphere for kids to learn self-defense as well as self-discipline!

Valor is a great facility with a welcoming family vibe. My son is 7 and has loved his sessions so far. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable and the facility is clean and well designed. Highly recommend!

I have been going to this place since April 2025! I am starting to gain the self discipline and motivation! I have gained more power since I joined here! The coaches are very good and powerful. They have restrooms, a training area in the back, class lessons on the front or back mats, and age-appropiate classes! It will be very valuable in your life.

My 11-year old son has had two sessions with their Rising Stars Level 1 class. My son decided after his 1st session that he wanted to join Valor. The coaching team made him feel welcome and comfortable. They made him feel like a part of the team. They were all nice and attentive. The Elk Grove location is clean and safe. I was greeted by Ms. Melanie and the coaches as soon as we walked in. Ms. Melanie gave us a tour of the facility, answered our questions and shared with us about Valor’s different classes. She was very easy to talk to. The program is organized. Members are given access to an app that contains the schedules, announcements, member info, payment history, etc. we are excited to continue my son’s Muay Thai journey; and this time we continue it with Valor!

Ii highly Valor. I signed my 14 yo daughter up at Valor to give her an outlet for her frustration, and internal rage. She LOVES it!! Valor teaches self defense, respect and focus. She has built strength and increased her flexibility. The classes have a wide age and skill range. She is constantly learning. She loves the teachers - Ash, Alyssa and Matt.
