My 7 yo goes here for taekwondo. The instructors are all very good with him. The older kids with higher belts are helpful too. Many will work with my son if he’s having a hard time with something.

My 8yo son goes to their Natomas school, and it has been great. Adam is the main instructor. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging. This is exactly what I am looking for in regards to my son entering martial arts. Adam is truly excellent! We have also been to the downtown location a couple of times, and the instructors were excellent there too. We are encouraging our friends to bring their kids to Community Martial Arts.

I can’t say enough good things about this school. My family and I have been coming to this school for cardio kickboxing off and on for years and have always gotten a fun but challenging workout. Their teaching staff is warm, welcoming, and super knowledgeable, LGBTQIA friendly, and beginner friendly. I highly recommend!

I have been training with this school for 15 years and have always felt supported, challenged, and valued. This school is incredibly family-friendly, as evidenced by the amount of children and parents that train together with us. The teachers are all highly skilled and endlessly patient. It's a very warm and welcoming environment to train in and build lifelong friendships!

Challenging and fun kickboxing classes that will work your butt off!! I have been attending classes with these instructors for 7+ years and have built great friendships and a strong body. The instructors cater to people of ALL ages and experience levels (I started at zero!). Classes include bag work, pad work, sparring, and more!
