Can't say enough about Gracie Barra Roseville! My 8 year old son was new to Jiu-Jitsu and he was welcomed with open arms. The instructors are great with kids and my son's confidence has soared since he has joined. I highly recommend this place for everyone of all ages.

World class instruction and training! There are so many things I love about going to this gym. My whole family trains here, and we all love it. Professor Tassia and Professor Kristóf are very welcoming to anyone who wants to train. They are wonderful with children and are very committed to the gym and to helping their students learn and improve their skills. I like that there is a wide range of classes available. Whether you need to start with the basics, you would like to learn more advanced techniques or are interested in competition training, Professor Tassia and Professor Kristóf will help you achieve your goals! It is a fun, family atmosphere. Parents are welcome to bring their kids to play while they train. I'm a mom of 3 and never feel bad about bringing my kiddos along while I take a class. They have family events throughout the year as well.
