Great place to train. Very knowledgeable, sincere teacher, easy going. Very easy to learn from.

Sifu Girdiron is amazing! He will make sure you feel comfortable with the knowledge you have and gained. He is constantly thinking and working on every move, perfeting both YOURS and his movement in all the moves/actions on the cards. He gives and shows knowledge on how to make everything work for YOUR BODY and MIND. He will give you MORE than just traditonal/ street knowledge, giving more than just one option in one single move. As well as comfortably in switching stances and understanding when the fight begins and ends, or if its worth it at all.

Great dojo! Learned so much on self defense. Very straightforward and effective teaching strategies.

Been taking classes on & off due to work schedule and really enjoy the lessons I receive. No nonsense class…everyone is here to learn and Gridiron takes his time to make sure you are grasping not only the moves, but the purpose behind what you’re learning.
