Owners Josh and Erica are great instructors that work well together. One of the benefits of training at Jaguar Muay Thai Academy is that they offer classes for kids and adults! Like other busy families, this works out perfectly for me and my family. In addition, Josh and Erica have classes for every level. And their staff-simply amazing! I came to this gym to do weigh ins with my sister a few months ago. The gym Is very nice and clean. The folks at the front helping were really nice and welcomed each gust.Great establishment, great set up.

Josh and Erica make an amazing team! They are knowledgeable, patient and attentive. It's a great workout for weight loss and/or muscle gain, or if you are looking to compete, they are incredibly skilled in that area as well! It's a fun atmosphere! I highly recommend!

I've been coming here for about 6 months and it has been a great experience. The trainers are very good at giving individualized attention when needed and the classes have been a perfect mix of getting in shape and learning some Thai Boxing. I'd highly recommend JMT to anyone considering getting into shape or learning a little self defense

I went a few times and the place looked great. I was told to work on the bag which is fine by me. Unfotunately, I was not getting any feedback or direction from the instructors. Thus, I was not able to come up with goals and objectives for improvement. Decided to go elsewhere.
