I'm very glad I joined this gym 6 mos ago. Enrolled in a 3 mos program with 3 classes a week, and upgraded to unlimited membership afterwards. The coaches keep you motivated with a variety of different lessons and excersices, no two classes are the same. The gym runs classes all day to fit your schedule, there will always be a class available at a time that works for you, with Saturday AM mitt class being the highlight of the week. Most importantly, you get results while learning to box. If your thinking of enrolling, just do it already. Will be the best decision you make for yourself.

I’ve been training at JMBA for about 6 months now and go around 5 days a week. It’s been an amazing experience - signing up was one of the best decisions I’ve made. All of the coaches are fantastic and genuinely want you to succeed. Even the front desk staff and managers are super helpful. Everyone in the gym is positive, and I’ve made some great friends. Every workout is challenging but fun. Coach Dante’s classes are excellent; he brings great energy, knows what he’s talking about, and it’s always a 10/10 workout. I see improvement in myself after every class.

I’m a former athlete with experience in CrossFit and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I started going to this gym on November 1st, 2025, and I’ve really enjoyed the experience so far. The classes are well organized, and the workouts are a great combination of circuit-style bodybuilding and learning the fundamentals of boxing. Every member of the gym, no matter their age or experience level, has been fun to train with—it’s truly a great community. The coaches are excellent and do a great job keeping you motivated, even when you’re working your hardest. I’ve personally been coached a lot by Coach David since my work schedule lines up with the classes he teaches. My advice to anyone reading this: don’t be nervous about trying boxing. I understand it can feel intimidating at first, but the environment and atmosphere here are very welcoming and a whole lot of fun. If you have any questions, feel free to leave a comment under this review and I’ll get back to you 👍🏽

Now this is what a gym community should really be! I decided to try something new and signed myself up for this wonderful boxing gym. To start off I must say this is my first time doing this sport and so far, it has been amazing challenges and work all together. The coaches are very knowledgeable when conducting the boxing classes and most definitely kick our butt every single time. They really hone in on the fundamentals and teach you how to improve gradually as you attend more classes. The workouts definitely get your heart rate jumping from start to finish but only 45 minutes which is perfect! They also offer a variety of class times which is great for anyone with a different schedule. All in all, from the coaches, to front desk and ownership they truly care about your wellbeing inside and out of the gym which is a beautiful thing. Being a former college athlete and seeing this type of inclusivity has given me such reminders of what I miss from a collegiate level. Regardless of where you start, your age, or current fitness level everyone including the members are very helpful and kind. You will not regret signing up for this gym!

This gym is not only super well-rounded with amazing coaches, staff, and fighters, but also has a very welcoming environment. This is my second month and since the beginning I’ve felt very at home and welcomed by everyone. There’s so many class options that this gym really works for anybody’s schedule. You can really see the dedication and respect the coaches have for everyone just by the way they talk/help/guide fighters in the gym. They actually care and want to see everyone grow in and out of the ring. Don’t second guess this place! Can’t say enough good things!
