King Krav Maga

Chris and his team are awesome! As a beginner, and someone who isn't very fit, I expected to feel a little intimidated and even have a few moments of embarrassment...but these feelings and moments never happened. Chris celebrated my progress, no matter how incremental. And I never felt like a "fatty" or a "slow poke" or pitiful. This encouraged me to push myself (but not too hard) and now I'm at the point where I look forward to the sessions!

Chris and his group are the best in the business. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. I started at King Krav Maga 10 months ago and Im addicted, I just wish my work schedule would allow me to go more frequently. Highly recommend for any skill level. Chris will get you to whatever level your time and effort allows. Be prepared to work hard and learn!

I’m relatively new to any sort of martial arts. The trainers are very welcoming and skillful. The students are also welcoming and respectful. I felt safe but also felt challenged and pushed to learn and give my all for a phenomenal workout. Family vibes and kid friendly.

I train here 3 to 4 times a week. The curriculum is designed to make you tougher, more confident, and defense capable. Chris knows how to adjust the level of sparring and grappling to your current stage of progress . It is a good balance of fighting, grappling, and weapons defense training. If you're looking to train somewhere...TRAIN HERE. *They gym is perfect for kids. Since having my daughter she's been with us each training and learned through watching (and parental side coaching) how to defend and block (she's 3). Defense isn't just for adults, kids needs this too. The bonus....she's tired just in times for bed time, lol.

Thei first time i requested someone contact me so I could sign up, no one ever did. I contacted them again months later only to be stood up at my scheduled introductory class. I had driven almost 30 minutes one way to a locked building. No one ever showed up despite the class being scheduled with me. I waited 20 minutes outside until eventually heading back home. Apparently they hit traffic but didn't bother to inform me or even try to reschedule. Really unprofessional.
