Logic Jiu Jitsu

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I stopped by Logic Jiu-Jitsu for an open mat last month while visiting from SoCal, and Chris, the owner, made me feel welcome right away. Got in some great rolls, and afterward, Chris broke down details from our round that really helped my game. Great people and great training. Highly recommend checking this place out!

One of the cleanest gyms in Sacramento! Chris/Kelvin are amazing instructors and make the atmosphere into a very welcoming space. BJJ can definitely be intimidating but you'll feel welcome and right at home. They offer both BJJ and strength & conditioning, so this membership is all you need. You can train, get better, and get in shape all in one spot. Whether you’re a complete beginner or more advanced, the coaches break things down in a way that actually makes sense. They help you level up without overcomplicating everything. Highly recommend booking a trial class, especially if you're on the fence about starting!

We started our 4.5 year old daughter here about a month ago and we have been so pleased. It can obviously be challenging coaching very young kids, but Kelvin and every other teacher is so patient and gentle while simultaneously teaching discipline and good listening skills. Of course the physical skills they are learning are awesome as well. My daughter loves the kids’ class and we love watching it (the space is so nice to be in, too)! I would recommend Logic to anyone looking for BJJ for their kiddo.

This gym is an incredible facility with a fantastic group of people. I stumbled upon it while searching for a gym while working on a project. The classes are well-organized, and the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning whenever I’m in the area.

We love Logic! Our two young sons enjoy coming. The coaches strike a wonderful balance of teaching our kids jiu jitsu fundamentals, body awareness, teamwork and discipline while maintaining a fun, supportive environment. Good vibes all around, can’t recommend enough.
